How we grade
Condition Guide
We grade every piece so you know exactly what you're buying, and price it to match. There are four grades, from boxed and never used to visibly worn but fully functional.
Where our furniture comes from

Retail liquidation
Most of our stock: overstock, floor models and customer returns from major retailers.

American made
Bought direct from American manufacturers.

Overseas import
High-end sectionals and more, imported by the container.
That mix is why the same model can be on our floor in more than one grade, each at its own price.
New
Brand new and never used, often still in the original packaging.

Real photos and maker's photos
Where a listing says Real photo, the picture was taken of the actual piece in our warehouse. Like New, Used and Fair listings show the piece you'll receive. Manufacturer photos show the same model as sold new, so a new piece can vary slightly from its picture.

Warranties
A manufacturer's warranty may apply to New pieces when one is available. Used and liquidation pieces are sold as-is, without a warranty, unless the listing says otherwise.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery or pickup, when the piece is in its original condition, free from damage, stains or odors, and the original buyer starts the return. A restocking fee applies: $350 for pickup orders, $550 for delivered ones (which includes picking it back up). Mattresses, bedding, custom and special orders are final sale.
